Senior Business Execution Consultant

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to be the primary liaison for the Space Data Management function with our contracted vendor and lead and support projects that improve operational workflows, business management practices, and organizational health. This role partners with leaders across departments to identify inefficiencies, design solutions, and implement changes that deliver measurable impact.


In this role, you will:

Help lead oversight of the space data management program, including vendor management, control ownership, issue resolution, working group coordination and roadmap alignment.Ensure compliance with Wells Fargo control standards, risk mitigation expectations, and documentation quality.Support the management of a variety of stakeholders within Corporate Properties Group, CAO and across business functionsHelp analyze current‑state operations, identify improvement opportunities, and support process optimization effortsLead cross‑functional work groups and program delivery from concept through implementation.Help develop and implement change management strategies to support adoption of new tools, processes, and workflowsWork independently to make recommendations for improvementProvide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
