In this role, you will:

Lead support functions or operations for multiple business groups and contribute to large scale strategic initiativesEnsure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operationsResearch moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international businessWork independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadershipAssist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experienceCollaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and proceduresProvide leadership in management of relationships and implementation ofprograms, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Functional and technical skills:

Understand business requirements, goals and objectives, design and create target state solutionsDefines project scope, plans, objectives, and governance frameworkManages complex automation initiatives, applying deep subject matter expertise in implementing change, and managing risks to recognize change benefitsAssist to develop product strategy and roadmap based on business priorities. Identify critical paths & manage dependenciesCreate governance artifacts, lead cabinet ceremonies with Risk, Compliance, Control and communicate project status, timelines, dependencies & impediments with LeadershipDomain knowledge on CIB business model, primary market deal issuance and deal lifecycle (ECM & DCM products)Knowledgeable of Agile JIRA framework, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel. Able to draft, maintain & deliver a project charter, performance and delivery metrics, and onward reportingExperience on working with business process analysis to drive tactical and strategic decisions, and execution of plansExecutive Communication:Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with senior leaders across LOBs globally to create executive ready presentations, including presentation of information and data to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding at all levelsDrive complex issue management and deliverables into effective outcome-oriented conversationsInstitute sturdy communication channels with business partners to support and manage the delivery of the division’s strategic programsChange mindset and collaboration:Collaborate on change initiatives across the division in a seamless manner, collaborating with global stakeholders; facilitate discussions with leaders and subject matter experts to investigate and solve complex problemsIdentify opportunities for increasing operational efficiencies, perform root cause analysis to propose ideas that improve front to back processing across COOAssist in projects on data interfaces between systems such as defining project scope, data requirements and sources/resources; Participate in projects requiring data cleanups, process improvement analysis and reporting

Risk & Control Mindset:

Assess, review, manage and mitigate risk by measuring key risk indicators (KRIs) through developing and maintaining the key metrics to help teams improve throughput while reducing riskEnsure operational practices follow relevant risk standards, policies and regulations to maintain an effective control environmentCollaborate with operational risk teams to log and monitor Issues and Corrective Actions when operational incidents are identified


Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

MBA/equivalent advanced degree, or equivalent experience4+ years of experience with solution design and delivery, requirements elicitation experience, product management experienceBanking and Finance Domain Exposure.Min 3 years’ experience with Investment Banking line of business e.g. Equity Capital Markets, Debt Capital MarketsFamiliarity with workflow tools like ServiceNow and JIRAFamiliarity with Tableau/Power BI to extract reports.Knowledge of system testing methodologies, test script management and execution, UAT testing experience for enterprise scale systemsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, portray great levels of accountability and attention to detailCandidates should be able to work effectively in a demanding, fast-paced, dynamic environment, handling multiple tasks and projects concurrently, while maintaining quality, accuracy and integrityCandidates should have experience presenting information to persuade, educate, and enhance understanding at all levels with the ability to develop and negotiate solutions with partners or clients including escalations as neededCandidates should be able to work in a global team, interact at different levels and handle a wide range of deliverables with varying levels of complexities with focus on execution and resultAdvanced Microsoft Office skills to create persuasive PowerPoint presentations; Strong analytical skills leveraging Microsoft Excel/AccessExperience in identifying and driving process improvements in complex environmentsAbility to effectively multi-task and successfully work on several unrelated projects at the same timeExperience consulting with internal clients and businessSuccess in working with all levels of leadershipExperience leading regulatory and compliance projectsAbility to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple prioritiesSelf-motivator, ability to learn independently and with limited supervisionData mining, modeling and analysis experienceStrong presentation and negotiation skillsExperience in planning, resource and stakeholder management


Job Expectations:

No of days working from office in a week: 3 out of 5Shift Timings: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST, however, can change based on project requirement
