This is a client-facing, hybrid role that combines advisory support, portfolio insights, and leadership oversight to help our brokers and clients solve complex real estate challenges. You will work across CBRE service lines, advising onportfolio strategy, acquisitions, dispositions, and market positioning. You will also act as atrusted business partner, leveraging your expertise to drive efficiencies, implement innovative technology/AI solutions, and support team growth. What You’ll Do: + Serve as a strategic advisor to senior-level brokers and clients, providing insights across portfolio management, acquisitions, and dispositions. + Establish and maintain strong relationships across the team, clients, and subject matter experts. + Develop and manageanalytics processesfor portfolio diagnostics, commercial metrics, and gap analyses. + Lead research, data analysis, and reporting to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in leased and owned assets. + Collaborate with finance and commercial modeling teams to align portfolio data with business metrics (revenue, activity volume, staffing requirements). + Support sales activities such as lead generation, solutioning, client meetings, and relationship expansion without directly chasing transactions. + Own the technology and AI adoption for the team, identifying inefficiencies and implementing tools that enhance productivity and client service. + Mentor and manage interns, analysts, and junior team members while providing guidance on business development and portfolio strategy. + Participate in conferences and client-facing events as required to strengthen strategic relationships. + Maintain high administrative standards: take detailed meeting notes, update CRM systems, and coordinate meetings efficiently. What You’ll Need: + Bachelor’s degree preferred; High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of relevant experience accepted. + Proven leadership experience, managing teams, interns, or mentees + Demonstrated ability inrelationship managementand client-facing strategic advisory roles. + Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of translating data into actionable business strategies. + Experience in financial modeling highly desired. + Tech-forward: fluent in AI solutions, emerging technologies, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). + Strong organizational and project management skills; able to juggle multiple responsibilities. + Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex concepts clearly. + Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future. CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Senior Business Development Associate position is $125,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Senior Business Development Associate position is $150,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
