About The Role:
As a CBRE Business Development Analyst, you will provide administrative support to senior members of the team. This includes providing research, client perspectives, and market information that helps support strategic business.
This job is within the Sales function! They are responsible for the design of sales solutions that are presented and sold to potential, new, and existing clients.
What You'll Do:
+ Manage all aspects of the client engagement process. This includes gathering information, identifying issues, and providing input during client discussions.
+ Help the business with special projects that support sales functions and strategic goals. Projects include revenue and market evaluation and prospective client research.
+ Develop tools and drive efforts to support business development and revenue-driving activities.
+ Create sales pitch presentation preparations and field client or business inquiries.
+ Perform an evaluation of new business opportunities and client industry segments within a large capacity.
+ Generate business development target lists, keep up to date with industry trends, and maintain awareness of competitor activity and market trends.
+ Keep records and relevant contract documentation in support of the business.
+ Conduct complex financial modeling and asset valuation on target clients' holdings or prospects. Provide recommendations on business development strategies and solutions.
+ Apply general knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish assigned tasks and solve routine problems
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. May convince to reach an agreement

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with 2-5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. Real Estate license preferred.
+ Understanding of existing procedures and standards to solve slightly complex problems.
+ Ability to analyze possible solutions using technical experience to apply appropriate judgment and precedents.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive approach.
+ Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.

The minimum salary for the Senior Business Development Analyst position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for the_ _Senior Business Development Analyst_ _is $95,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience._
