To support our growth and change agenda at Circle K Norge, we are strengthening the Performance Management and Analytics (PMA) team and are seeking a new Senior Business Controller.

As the Senior Business Controller, you will be responsible for creating financial insight into various business areas and providing expertise, support, and basis for good decision-making processes. You will be an important partner for operations and management.

The role includes follow up of financial performance, taking part in the improvement of both, business and financial processes and ensuring that the company takes the right fact-based investment decisions. You will manage and coordinate the CAPEX process including developing and evaluating business cases, coordinating investment committee and following-up on investments, network optimization and site profitability through reappraisals, benchmarking, and tail-end analyses.

This position plays an important role in securing good communication and decision making internally in the company. We are looking for a candidate with the ability both to build relationships and challenge stakeholders and decision makers. You will also serve as business partner towards selected teams, create business insight, and provide recommendations.

Experience:

Relevant higher education (Bachelor's or Master's degree in, for example, administration and management, economics, or accounting)Solid experience in controlling (minimum 4 years)Strong understanding of accounting principlesComfortable challenging management and operations on both operational and strategic decisionsStrong IT and system skills, with excellent proficiency in Excel and Power BIGood verbal and written communication skills in both Norwegian and English
