Senior Business Banking Relationship Manager (LO)

In this role, you will:

Source and onboard new business clients through strategic prospecting, community outreach, and internal referralsBuild visibility and develop strong Centers of Influence (COIs) to support long-term relationship developmentDeepen existing relationships by understanding client priorities and proactively identifying opportunities for engagement and expansionManage a moderately complex book of businessDrive portfolio growth by increasing core deposit balances and identifying deepening opportunitiesProactively manage risk exposure and ensure alignment with underwriting policies and risk guidelinesConduct comprehensive financial and credit assessments including cash flow, collateral, and business operating cyclesStructure and support secured and unsecured credit solutions within delegated authority, coordinating with credit partners as neededPresent credit recommendations and financial strategies to clients and internal stakeholdersRecommend and deliver a full suite of Wells Fargo business banking products including credit, treasury management, and digital banking toolsTailor solutions to client operating cycles, cash flow needs, and strategic goalsCollaborate with product teams and internal stakeholders to creatively solve client challenges and streamline processesEngage financial decision-makers with proactive communication and responsive serviceProvide actionable feedback to enhance tools and offerings that elevate client experience and operational excellenceRetain and grow client relationships by advising on financial strategies and managing expectations with transparency and careThis LO position has customer contact and job duties which may include needs assessing and referring those customers interested in a dwelling secured product to a SAFE team member. This position includes assisting customers without taking an application and without offering or negotiating terms of a dwelling secured transaction. Individuals in a LO position also must meet the Loan Originator requirements under Regulation Z (LO) outlined in the job expectations below

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of banking experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

2+ years of experience sourcing and or managing a portfolio of clients with $2mm - 25mm in annual revenue

Strong knowledge of deposit and cash management products and services

Strong relationship-building and excellent communication skills with individuals at all levels, internally and externally

Ability to balances needs of clients with associated risks and interests of Wells Fargo

3+ years of experience in business-to-business sales

Established network in the local market

Knowledge and understanding of financial services industry

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

A BS/BA degree or higher

Job Expectation:​

Individuals in Loan Originator (LO) positions must meet the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification requirements and comply with related Wells Fargo policies. The LO qualification requirements include meeting applicable financial responsibility, character, general financial fitness and criminal background standards. A current credit report will be used to assess your financial responsibility and credit fitness, however, a credit score is not included as part of the evaluation. Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening, if necessary

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$96,000.00 - $154,000.00
