Develop dashboards, enhance metrics, deliver actionable insights, and support cross-functional, high-visibility initiatives. Drive process improvement, automation, and data quality enhancements. **Responsibilities:** + Develop mid- to high-complexity reports, dashboards, and analyses (strategy, workflow, financial, historical). + Analyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; present insights to leadership. + Support business decision-making through advanced analytics and data visualization. + Improve and streamline processes; develop documentation and automation tools. + Lead or support audits, compliance testing, and user recertifications. + Coordinate system support and project implementations with business, vendors, and technology teams. + Ensure compliance with internal controls, operational risk, and regulatory standards. **Requirements:** + Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of related experience, or 7+ years combined education/work experience. + Strong experience with **SQL, Alteryx, and Power BI** . + Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate complex insights clearly. **Preferred:** + Experience in financial services or regulated environments. + Advanced dashboarding and stakeholder presentation skills.
