FDM is a global business and technology consultancy seeking a Senior Business Analyst to work for our client within the Energy sector. This is initially a 6-month contract with very good prospects to extend and will be a hybrid role based in Coventry (1 day per week onsite).   

Our client is delivering a major regulatory change programme focused on Market Half Hourly Settlement (MHHS). This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in shaping and delivering business and system change across settlement, billing and data processes, working closely with regulatory, operational and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities:   Lead business analysis activities across MHHS and wider regulatory change initiatives. Elicit, analyse and document business requirements, processes and data flows Conduct impact assessments and support solution design for settlement and billing changes Act as a key liaison between business teams, technology teams and third-party suppliers Support delivery through change lifecycle including UAT, implementation and go-live
