The base pay range for this role is $102,220.00 to $133,194.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.

The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding and documenting business requirements by providing strategic insights and recommendations for business improvement. In this role you will facilitate the development of solutions that effectively meet business needs. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize business requirements and ensure that the solutions developed by IT align with business strategy.
This role emphasizes deep understanding of operations, stakeholder collaboration, and the use of predictive analytics to enhance analytics and decision-making.
Business Insights and Analysis:Conduct deep-dive analyses into complex operational process and procedures to uncover trends and provide actionable insightsUtilize predictive analytics to forecast future operational bottlenecks and workflow challenges to advise on potential efficiency impacts.Tool Proficiency:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with advanced knowledge of data analysis, document creation, and presentation developmentStrong experience with Jira for project tracking, issue management, and agile workflow coordinationExpertise in Confluence for documentation creation, knowledge sharing, and collaborative content managementCollaboration with Stakeholders:Work directly with business units, including planning and operational teams, to define data requirements and business objectivesTranslate these business needs into analytical projectsCollaborate closely with developers to ensure that operational tools and systems are developed in alignment with both the technical roadmaps and business strategiesSimplify the communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to support effective implementation and ongoing enhancementsProject Management and Methodology:Utilize Agile methodologies to manage multiple analytics projects, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and timely delivery of outcomesPresentation and Reporting:Prepare and present reports to senior management detailing findings, with clear visualizations and strategic recommendations to guide business decisionsCollaborate closely with developers to ensure that operational tools and systems are developed in alignment with both the technical roadmaps and business strategiesSimplify the communication bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to support effective implementation and ongoing enhancementsQualificationsWhat’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business, Finance, Economics or related field3+ years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably within an operational focused teamProven track record of delivering actionable business insights and managing analytical projectsStrong understanding of business analysis principles, methodologies, and best practicesFamiliarity with agile project management methodologies, particularly Scrum and KanbanExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable reports and presentationsProficiency in data analysis and analytics, including the ability to interpret and communicate insights from dataProven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence business decisions through data-driven insightsMust be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorshipSuccessful completion of interview required to meet job qualificationReliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the positionWhat will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):Master's degreeRelevant certifications in business analysis, such as CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or certification in Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban
