Your Role as a Senior Business Analyst at Baxter

Baxter seeks a Senior Business Analyst to drive innovation and improve patient care worldwide.

You'll drive business innovation and improve patient care. Your expertise in meaningful, collaborative problem-solving will be essential as we undergo a global IT transformation. You'll develop innovative solutions to optimize Baxter's technology, ensuring we stay ahead in a constantly evolving market.

What You'll Be DoingWork with Quality System Management process owners to gather detailed business requirements.Analyze data from QMS processes to identify trends and insights.Author and update internal and external documentation.Develop business process models to illustrate current and future states.Drive awareness of requirements across business units.Collaborate with IT to implement solutions aligned with strategic goals.Serve as a leader in technical business processes, developing systems prototypes.Communicate findings and project updates to partners and executives.Develop structured governance for optimized systems integration.Participate in User Acceptance testing to ensure systems meet business requirements.Tools You'll UseMicrosoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI for Data Analysis and VisualizationMicrosoft Visio, Lucidchart for Business Process ModelingJIRA, Confluence for Requirements ManagementTrackWise, MasterControl for Quality Management SystemsMicrosoft Teams, Slack, Zoom for Collaboration and CommunicationSelenium, UAT Tools for TestingMicrosoft Project, Trello for Project ManagementMicrosoft Word for DocumentationWhat You'll BringBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.Demonstrable experience in Quality Management Systems and data analysis.Solid grasp of business process modeling and requirements documentation.Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work effectively with teams from various functions.Experience with system prototype development and user acceptance testing.Preferred: Advanced degree or equivalent experience in business analysis or related fields.Preferred: Experience working in a healthcare or medical device company.Equal Employment Opportunity
