Job Description The Sr. Business Analyst is responsible for leading the Business Analyst with their daily activities including analyzing, designing, developing, testing, documenting, and implementing technological solutions within the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications. Perform initial analysis and design of business requirements. Takes initiative, either alone or in a leading capacity with other Analysts, supporting existing systems and coordinating the analysis and design of automated solutions to business problems or applications. Takes a leadership role with the Business Analysts and Programmer Analysts in developing solutions which provide cost savings for the organization. Skills and Requirements • 5+ years supporting ERP, Timekeeping, or Financial Planning software configurations as an administrator or similar role. • Experience with Kronos/UKG. • WFM / WFC system administration experience. • Strong business analysis skills — ability to gather requirements, produce functional specs, and drive implementation workflows. • Ability to work fully onsite and partner closely with cross functional teams. • Strong communication, documentation, and project coordination skills. • Experience supporting complex business environments with multiple systems and integrations. • Experience with Dimensions • Experience with Hyperion • Background supporting ERP architecture or system design • Experience working across multiple business units within corporate environments
