**_Key Responsibilities_**
+ _Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements._
+ _Analyze regulatory mandates (e.g., CMS, HIPAA) and translate them into actionable system requirements._
+ _Lead customer journey mapping and identify opportunities for digital experience enhancements._
+ _Develop and maintain high-level feature stories, epics, and detailed user stories in agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally)._
+ _Facilitate refinement and grooming sessions to ensure alignment across cross-functional teams._
+ _Use AI tools to accelerate documentation, analysis, and decision-making processes._
+ _Create process flows, data mappings, and compliance documentation to support solution design._
+ _Monitor project progress and support iterative delivery through agile ceremonies._
+ _Contribute to risk identification and mitigation strategies during solution development._
+ _Support integration of APIs (e.g., FHIR, REST) and digital communication platforms._
**_Required Skills & Qualifications_**
+ _5–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in healthcare, insurance, or enterprise technology._
+ _Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and digital transformation strategies._
+ _Experience with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally, MIRO)._
+ _Proficiency in using AI tools for documentation, analysis, and collaboration._
+ _Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills._
+ _Ability to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements._
+ _Familiarity with customer journey mapping and UX optimization._
+ _Experience with API integration and data flow modeling._
**_Preferred Qualifications_**
+ _Experience with FHIR-based APIs and CMS interoperability mandates._
+ _Exposure to Generative AI applications in business workflows._
+ _Knowledge of tools like Power BI, Confluence, and Visio._
+ _Agile certification (e.g., PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum Master)._
+ _Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field._

**Pay Range**
The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988.00 - $112,200.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
