Senior Business Analyst
**Job Title** Senior Business Analyst **Job Description Summary** We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Business Analyst to join our Multi-Market Advisory Solutions team, supporting occupier-focused brokerage professionals across all markets. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about enabling strategic decision-making through insights, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. **Job Description** **Key Responsibilities:** + **Brokerage Support & Business Development** + Assist Brokerage Team and Regional Lead in the research, data validation, and creation of business profiles, one-pagers, and other client-facing materials. + Support pursuit strategy by researching and organizing critical information for opportunities to support executive decision making. + **Data Management & Insights** + Collect, cleanse, and validate real estate portfolio data from clients and internal systems. + Submit and manage data through Triana and BI platforms; ensure accuracy and consistency across systems. + Partner with brokers to develop and present actionable insights via dashboards and visualizations. + **Cross-Functional Collaboration** + Work closely with the Operations Director and Regional Lead to track and report on key brokerage pursuits. + Collaborate with the TDS Lead to evaluate and implement emerging technologies that enhance team performance and client delivery. + **Process Improvement & Innovation** + Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve data quality and reporting processes. + Contribute to the development of best practices and scalable solutions for multi-market occupier engagements. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. + 3–5 years of experience in a business analyst, operations, or data-focused role—preferably in commercial real estate or professional services. + Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). + Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment. **Preferred Skills:** + Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology and occupier services. + Experience supporting sales or brokerage teams in a matrixed organization. + Comfort with data visualization and storytelling through dashboards. + Exceptional critical thinking and research skills. + Experience and skill with cross-functional teams and working collaboratively with diverse internal and external stakeholders and vendors. + Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize multiple tasks with high attention to detail.
