We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to help accelerate adoption of our People Analytics and AI products, turning data into measurable business value across HR and the wider organisation.

In this role, you’ll translate business needs into user-centric analytics and AI solutions, identify and prioritise high-value use cases, and drive change through strong stakeholder engagement, product thinking, and data literacy enablement.

This is a hybrid role working in the Newcastle office 3 days a week and 2 from home.
