**Job Description**
Our Portfolio Management & Governance (PMaG) team is responsible for overseeing and enabling strategic execution across a portfolio of work with a focus on transparency, governance, and data-informed decision making. We support agile delivery teams with prioritization and by providing actionable insights through financial reporting, OKR progress tracking, and portfolio health metrics. We work closely with leadership across the organization to surface opportunities and monitor performance using meaningful data, storytelling and disciplined follow-through.
We are hiring a Strategy & Delivery Analyst to support follow-through across key governance forums, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), financial forums, and various Syncs. In this role, you'll be responsible for tracking open items, managing readiness inputs, coordinating intake deliverables, and escalating risks and blockers to senior leaders. You'll work closely with L10 and L11 managers to ensure that decisions lead to action, variances are followed up on, and work flows smoothly from planning to execution. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating across a wide range of topics and stakeholders.
**Depth & Scope**
+ Leadsand manage action item tracking, risks, and follow-ups from QBR, MBR, Segment Sync, and financial forums.
+ Leads communication, coordination, and delivery of key reports following governance forums
+ Coordinate readiness and intake activities across journeys and themes, ensuring critical inputs are complete and aligned to governance timelines
+ Partner withmanagers to ensure sequencing plans are maintained, and work across portfolio is progressing as expected
+ Support variance tracking by following up on issues raised in financial forums and confirming mitigation steps
+ Advocate and support consistent use of data fields critical to financial and prioritization success in the portfolio
+ Manage live tracking documents and shared resources to ensure visibility and accuracy of governance-related work
+ Escalate unresolved issues or emerging risks to senior managers with clarity and evidence
+ Be the go-to operational contact for workback schedules and governance input templates
**Preferred Experience & Skills**
+ Strong organizational skills, able to manage and track multiple threads across different teams and governance forums
+ Proven ability to follow-up with action item owners, and ensure accountability without authority
+ Demonstrated experience with tracking progress towards KPI or OKRs
+ Excellent written communication, especially for status updates, summaries, and escalation clarity
+ Experience in project coordination, delivery or governance support roles
+ Expert in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Confluence, or similar tracking systems
+ Familiarity with Agile/SAFe, Lean Portfolio Management, or enterprise governance is an asset
+ Proactive, take-initiative mindset, always anticipatingwhat's needed next and driving it forward

+ Maintainingtrackers for sequencing, meeting preparation, and delivery readiness
+ Supporting meeting facilitation (e.g. tracking commitments, sharing summaries)
+ Flagging misalignment or bottlenecks across portfolio and financial activities
+ Supporting the evolution of governance processes through template improvement and operational feedback
+ Acting as the connector between delivery, finance, and portfolio and business architecture stakeholders
