We are seeking a strategic, consumer‑obsessed Senior Brand Manager to lead upstream innovation and portfolio development across brands such as Olay, Ivory, and Safeguard. This role will shape multi‑year innovation strategies, drive end‑to‑end product development, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver superior experiences and strong business results.
Key Responsibilities
Lead upstream innovation strategy, including portfolio roadmap creation, concept development, and long‑range planning.Translate consumer insights, category trends, and competitive intelligence into actionable innovation building blocks.Partner with R&D, Design, Fragrance, Claims, and Technical Readiness to deliver superior product, fragrance, and packaging solutions from concept to launch.Own end‑to‑end project leadership for innovation initiatives (brief writing, testing plans, alignment decks, weekly tracking).Collaborate with Finance, RBU, Sales, and Category Delivery to shape pricing, pack architecture, retail readiness, and sell‑in materials.Manage consumer testing (concept, product, PI) and integrate insights into decision‑making.Provide regular category and consumer updates to influence portfolio strategy.Foster cross‑functional collaboration and drive alignment across internal teams.What Success Looks Like

4+ years of experience in brand management, innovation, or consumer goods (beauty/personal care strongly preferred).Proven ability to build innovation strategies and lead cross-functional product development workstreams.Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting consumer data, market trends, and testing results.Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complexity and influence stakeholders.Demonstrated project management discipline with experience driving end-to-end initiatives.Consumer‑centric mindset with strong curiosity for trends and emerging behaviors.Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working with diverse functions and senior partners.Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
