Overview

The Senior Billing Analyst will support high-volume, complex billing operations across multiple business units. This role will collaborate closely with payroll, Concur, and other internal teams to ensure timely and accurate invoice processing. The position requires strong organizational skills, advanced Excel capabilities, and the ability to manage detailed, multi-line invoice structures.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcess 220+ manual invoices each monthPrepare billing for 7 separate companies currently serviced by the teamHandle highly complex invoice structures, ranging from single-line invoices to 50+ line itemsCollaborate cross-functionally with payroll and Concur teams to validate billable expensesAssist in distributing billing workload as the team explores splitting responsibilitiesMaintain accuracy and consistency in all billing deliverablesTrack, organize, and maintain supporting documentation for all invoicingIdentify discrepancies and collaborate with appropriate groups to resolve issuesSupport continuous improvement of billing workflows and processesRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong organizational skills and ability to manage detailed, high-volume workAdvanced proficiency in Excel, including use of templates and formulasExperience working cross-functionally with payroll and expense management teamsAbility to work efficiently in a manual billing environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to accuracyPreferred SkillsExperience with AX (Microsoft Dynamics AX)Experience handling complex, multi-entity billing structuresJob Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norwalk, CT.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
