This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

What you’ll do:
Review data ensuring accurate employment events and payroll transactions for pension/401(k) benefits.
Support participant issues by researching multiple data sources and evaluating solutions that align with plan and legal confines.
Prepare reporting for internal/external partners.
Lead compliance activities.
Interpret plan documents and manage/analyze large data sets.
Evaluate ERISA plan corrections.
What you’ll bring:
Ability to read and interpret benefit plan documents, general knowledge of ERISA, IRC, DOL and other legal or regulatory requirements with a curiosity about data and plan mechanics.
Leadership, analytical ability, and problem-solving skills capacity to mediate and effectively communicate across all leadership levels.
Ability to navigate ambiguous and complex problems, analyze detailed data, and offering insights, improvements, and alternative business strategies.
Excellent communication skills, ability to create and deliver presentations to various audiences that tell a compelling story.
What you’ll need:
3+ years of relevant experience in benefit administration, working with qualified retirement plans, pensions, 401(k) plans, Health Savings Accounts, and payroll systems. Workday and third-party benefit administrator experience is a plus.
3+ years of experience in project management.
Actuarial training or accreditation and/or a Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in human resources, MBA, Finance, or Math are desired.
Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or Project Management Professional (PMP) desired but not required.
Our Senior Benefits Consultant earns between $96,000 - $144,000 USD Annual. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
