Senior Benefits Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior Benefits Analyst who is ready to play a pivotal role in driving the benefits administration and analytical support for our company’s benefits plans and/or employee health services programs. In this role, you will participate in plan design, cost analysis, and program management for benefit plans (health, welfare, and retirement). **What You’ll Do** + Support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of employee benefit and wellness programs by analyzing costs, regulatory requirements, market competitiveness, and employee engagement. Conduct benchmarking, research industry trends, monitor legislative developments, and assess potential impacts. + Serve as a subject matter expert on health and welfare benefits, leave programs, and workplace health and safety policies, exercising discretion and delivering high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders. + Develop and deliver clear, effective employee communications across multiple channels, including the company intranet, plan materials, onboarding, training sessions, and individual consultations, including onboarding and annual open enrollment. + Plan and support audit controls through the collection, analysis, and reporting of benefit plan and program data and trends. Draft and maintain departmental procedures and documentation in accordance with compliance guidelines. + Manage special projects such as data cleanup initiatives, system upgrades, vendor transitions, and data analysis. Compensation decisions are driven by factors including experience and training, specialized skill sets, licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.
