**_What You’ll Be Doing_**
Cadmus seeks a full-time Senior BD/Capture professional to support its Technology Solutions Division. This person will play a key role in helping the division achieve its growth goals by identifying and winning new business (including identifying new opportunities, developing strong client relationships, leading and shaping capture efforts for key pursuits, and supporting a successful bid). He/she will have successfully contributed to growing a technology solutions practice in the Federal space and will have spent enough time with engineers or through education or individual entrepreneurship to be technically conversant. He/she should be a self-starter who is comfortable collaborating with technical, operations, growth, and marketing staff across the company.

**Responsibilities**

+ Support the division’s business development goals, by identifying, researching, and qualifying potential opportunities in assigned accounts
+ Lead capture efforts for assigned accounts, developing comprehensive capture strategies and plans to help increase pWin and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure successful outcomes
+ Work collaboratively across the division and within the company to leverage internal resources, expertise, and relationships, ensuring alignment across key stakeholders
+ Leverage your existing deep relationships and actively cultivate new ones to establish trusted client connections; lead engagement efforts for assigned opportunities by identifying key stakeholders, developing tailored materials, and facilitating high-impact meetings
+ Regularly update the details/status of opportunities in Sales Pipeline
+ Monitor and report on capture progress to key leaders within the division and across the firm
+ Develop, track, and report on capture bid and proposal budgets
+ Ensure compliance with key capture requirements
+ Attend industry events related to assigned captures
**Qualifications**
**Qualifications:**
+ 10+ years of experience in a technology consulting environment with a focus on selling Professional Services; with proven success in identifying and winning work in the federal space.
+ Proven experience leading capture efforts for $50-100M+ Federal technology opportunities at DHS-USCIS and other DHS components (ICS, CBP, USCG, etc.); with deep knowledge of their mission, organizational priorities, and procurement environments.
+ Established network within the GovCon industry, particularly with agency stakeholders within Federal Health at DHS-USCIS and other DHS components,including program, acquisition, and technical leadership.
+ Deep understanding of the federal technology procurement lifecycle, including common procurement methods, evaluation strategies, orals, tech challenges, and down select processes from identification through a successful close.
+ Experience in a technology consulting environment with a focus on technology Solutions/Delivery, specifically program management, modern software development practices (Agile, HCD, DevOps/DevSecOps, cloud), systems integration and/or IT strategy.
+ Ability to partner and collaborate with a diverse set of staff across the division and Cadmus, building strong relationships and ensuring engagement and buy-in on complex capture efforts
+ Experience with key research tools (e.g., GovWin IQ, GovTribe) and government databases (e.g., USASpending, DSBS)
+ Experience preparing for and facilitating competitive information sessions (e.g., Blackhat sessions), solutioning sessions, and other key capture meetings
+ Familiarity with Salesforce or other comparable CRM systems
+ Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including setting priorities and then adapting to changes in a time-sensitive environment
+ Critical thinking and analytic capabilities, with the ability to solve ambiguous business problems by creating structure, collecting relevant data, and generating actionable insights
+ Ability to work both independently or with diverse teams, depending on the needs of the situation
+ Bachelor’s degree required
+ Must be eligible for a federal public trust clearance
**Additional Information:**
Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as a U.S Perm Resident or U.S. Citizen.

The minimum starting salary for this position is $175,000. The actual salary may be higher and will be determined by several factors, including relevant work experience, education, skills, and market competitiveness.
