This position will work in Caterpillar China (Qingdao) R&D Center Electrification + Energy Solution team on competitive battery solutions development. Main Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for battery system requirements define and documentation. 负责电池系统的需求定义和归档 2. Work with battery detail design engineers for battery concept development 与电池设计工程师一起完成概念设计 3. Lead battery on machine integration and installation design 负责电池在整车上的集成和安装设计 4. Participating in battery design reviews 参与电池的设计评审 5. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/Mechatronics/Material/Electrical Engineering and related, Masters is a plus. 本科以上学历, 机械工程、机械电子、材料工程、电气工程或者相关专业，硕士优先。 2. Required work experience in power battery design or integration, preferred to have at least one project complete experience from project launch, concept development, detail design, sample build, pilot build to full production. 电池模组或者pack 的设计经验，有至少一个从立项，概念设计，细节设计，样件生产，小批试制到量产的完整的项目经验更优 3. Strong Engineering fundamentals in mechanical design, FEA analysis, electrical, heat transfer and Fluids 有较好的机械设计，结构有限元分析，电气设计，流体和热传导等工程学基础 4. Proficiency in Creo or other 3D design tool, good at 2D drawing design 有较好的用Creo 或者其他3D设计软件进行设计和2D图纸设计的能力 5.
