We are seeking a Senior (L2) Azure Infrastructure Engineer responsible for designing, managing, and supporting enterprise-scale Azure infrastructure. This role acts as the highest level of escalation for complex infrastructure issues and plays a key role in architecture, security, reliability, and optimization of Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design, deploy, and manage Azure infrastructure across Production and Non-Production environments Administer Azure services including: Virtual Machines, VM Scale Sets Azure Networking (VNETs, Subnets, NSGs, UDRs, VPN, ExpressRoute, Load Balancers, Application Gateway) Storage Accounts, Managed Disks, Azure Files, Blob Storage Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity Manage Azure Active Directory / Entra ID, RBAC, Conditional Access, and PIM Implement security best practices using Azure Policies, Blueprints, Defender for Cloud Manage secrets and certificates using Azure Key Vault Support security audits, compliance, and vulnerability remediation Implement and manage monitoring using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, s Act as L3 escalation point for major incidents (P1/P2) Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures Drive improvements in availability, performance, and resilience Automate infrastructure provisioning using ARM / Bicep / Terraform Develop automation scripts using PowerShell / Bash Reduce manual operations through standardization and self-service Design and manage Azure Backup and Site Recovery Own patching strategy for Windows and Linux VMs Conduct DR drills and failover testing
