The position

As a Senior Automation Developer, you will develop and maintain RPA and scripting-based automation solutions with a customer-centric focus. Your role requires strong communication and critical thinking skills to assess requirements, demonstrate accountability for project outcomes, and mentor junior developers through knowledge sharing and constructive feedback. You will work within RSS Analytics and Automation, a collaborative agile team with global presence across Switzerland, India, Costa Rica, Hungary, Latvia, and Malaysia. Lead cross-functional implementations with regional and global teams, partnering closely with Product Owners, business analysts, platform teams, and IT colleagues to foster collaboration and leverage existing solutions.

Ensure quality and compliance by fulfilling team and enterprise requirements related to security, scalability, quality, and performance while adhering to established KPIs and standards.

Support production transitions and maintenance of automation solutions, including demos, code reviews, and retrospectives to drive continuous improvement.

Mentor junior developers by sharing technical expertise, providing constructive feedback, and supporting their professional growth while fostering a culture of active feedback and self-improvement.

Contribute strategically to team objectives and participate in exploratory projects to evaluate new technologies, embracing agile ways of working with fast iterations, lean documentation, and close global communication.
