Inspirational leadership, service-oriented behavior, and entrepreneurial customer-centric mindset are at our core. **The Opportunity** + Designing, developing, testing and supporting solutions to automate processes through RPA, scripting, Desktop Automation (e.g. VBS, Google AppScript, SAP Script, Python, etc). + Partner closely with Global Product Owners, developers, business analysts/partners, platform teams and boost cross-regional collaboration and leverage existing solutions. Be the go-to person for all technical questions on the implementation and operations of automation processes, especially bringing the technical judgment to the table to select the best tool for a use case + Lead implementations with regional and/or global teams. Participate in requirements gathering and design through client meetings, interviews, and workshops. Assess automation opportunities from a technical perspective to arrive at an optimal solution. + Mentor and guide junior developers, providing them with technical expertise, support, and constructive feedback to enhance their professional growth **Who You Are** + Ideally, you have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics..). Equivalent experience in the area of Automation + You bring a solid track record of 5+ year developing solutions in at least 1 of the following technologies/platforms: UiPath or similar RPA tools, Programming languages (e.g. JavaScript, Node.js, .Net, VBA/VBS, Google App Script, SAP Scripting, Python).
