You'll be part of a group of over 40 professionals dedicated to providing top-notch services to clients across seven Midwest states and California. This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage client agricultural and governmental audit engagements, ensuring the completion of engagement procedures.
ResponsibilitiesOrganize and manage client agricultural and governmental audit engagements.Complete audit engagement procedures efficiently and effectively.Work collaboratively with partners to achieve audit objectives.Essential SkillsMinimum two seasons of experience as an auditor in public accounting.Thorough knowledge of audit procedures and practices.Proficiency in MS Excel and extensive computer literacy.Excellent time management and analytical skills.Strong oral and written communication skills.Confidence in accepting and acting on constructive criticism.Additional Skills & QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA preferred but not required).Experience in governmental auditing is a plus.Work EnvironmentThe firm offers a family-style culture with a strong emphasis on employee care and long-term relationships. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $31.25 - $40.87/hr.
