Senior Associate Technical Product Manager

As a Senior Associate Technical Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a key role in developing and delivering technology products that advance our business objectives. Job Responsibilities

Contribute to the strategy, vision, and roadmap for payment technology products, bringing new ideas to life and driving business growth.Gather, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, ensuring our payment solutions meet evolving client and market needs.Work closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and scalable payment platforms.Manage and refine the product backlog, championing features that enhance payment speed, reliability, and user experience.Monitor product performance and key metrics, using data-driven insights to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Create clear and comprehensive product documentation, including user guides, release notes, and technical specifications.Participate in Agile ceremonies, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Communicate progress, celebrate wins, and gather feedback from stakeholders to keep our payment products evolving and competitive. 

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

3+ years of experience in product management, technology, or a related domain.Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.Familiarity with payment systems, APIs, cloud platforms and microservices architecture.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a passion for working in dynamic teams.Detail-oriented and committed to delivering customer-focused payment solutions. 

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience working in a large, matrixed organization.Exposure to financial services technology, payment processing, or similar industries.Knowledge of security, compliance, and governance in payment technology products.Experience with data analytics and monitoring tools.Experience with public cloud platforms is a plus.
