Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, recruit, and retain talent within the organization
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the organization's business objectives. This includes forecasting staffing needs, understanding the talent landscape, and creating effective recruitment plans.
Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring decisions, and onboarding new hires.
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract and engage potential candidates, such as online job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals.
Work to build a strong UST brand that attracts top talent.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers, HR partners, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment on recruitment strategies.
Track key metrics related to recruitment, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and employee retention, and use this data to inform decision-making and improve recruitment processes.
Ensure that all recruitment activities are compliant with relevant labour laws and regulations.
Manage the Team along with individual recruitment
Maintaining internal data base of consultants as per their skill sets.
Determining applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references
Co-ordinates interviews and be hand in end-end process till offer been rolled.
Responsible for salary negotiations, closing the candidates and till the applicant gets onboarded.
Coordination with multiple Geo team
Any other roles as assigned
Skills & Experience:
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR technologies.
Ability to analyze data and identify trends.
Team Management
Must be well versed with Indian Recruitment Process
Excellent sourcing skills
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills
Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers
Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)
Should be willing to source through different job boards
Good Negotiation skills
Qualification:
MBA - HR
6 + years of Experience in IT talent acquisition for India, Region
