As a Senior Associate Quant Analytics within Banking Payments analytics, you will support the Wires and International Payments Product Team. You will use your analytical expertise to make data actionable, driving product strategy and operational excellence. You’ll collaborate with product owners and cross-functional partners to deliver insights and reporting that inform business decisions and improve payment platforms.

Job ResponsibilitiesPartner with Payments Product Owners to understand business needs and deliver actionable data solutions for wires and international paymentsDevelop and maintain queries, reports, and dashboards using large database platformsCombine and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analyticsSupport the creation and maintenance of data models, ensuring high data quality and consistencyCollaborate with stakeholders across product, operations, and analytics teams to gather requirements and deliver insightsCommunicate complex analytical concepts in a clear, concise manner to audiences with varying levels of technical expertiseChampion data and analytics best practices within the payments product groupRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor’s degree with two years of analytics experience or three years of related technical experienceHands-on experience with SQL, Alteryx, SAS, and Python for data analysis and reportingFamiliarity with large-scale databases such as Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle, or AWSAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutions and actionable insightsStrong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholdersFoundational understanding of banking and payments industry conceptsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor’s degree in a quantitative fieldExperience in banking, payments, operations, marketing, credit/risk, technology, or financeExposure to machine learning concepts and applications
