Job Description:

We are looking for a Network Technology Support to join our AT&T center in Brno. The successful candidate will perform proactive and reactive network analysis, troubleshooting, coordination, and restoration of service-affecting or potentially service-affecting network events and issues.

Qualifications

Experience with troubleshooting and network analysis in a similar environment.General knowledge of Class 5 Switching, SS7/AIN and VOIP network equipment and connectivity (DS0, DS1, DAC, DDM, etc.).Basic understanding of Unix, including the ability to execute Linux/Unix commands at the command line.Strong teamwork, organizational, written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills. Aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies.Strong English communication skills.CCNA certification is a plus.

Education: A degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is expected.

Working hours: EMEA day shift with flexibility. Please note that the training period will be conducted during the afternoon shift as required.

Location: Brno – hybrid arrangement (1-3 days in the office per week after the trial period).

Compensation: Salary starting from 46,000 CZK gross per month. The actual offered salary may be considerably higher based on skills, knowledge, and experience.
