ROLE SUMMARY
The Senior Associate – Financial Services & Program Delivery supports the delivery of Financial Services initiatives by coordinating project governance, delivery planning, and cross-functional execution across Product, Marketing, Commercial, and Operations teams. The role plays a key part in maintaining delivery discipline through strong project controls, clear communication, and effective coordination, while ensuring go-to-market readiness and smooth launch execution across all stakeholders.

ROLE PROFILE

Coordinate delivery planning and execution across Product, Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and Technology teamsMaintain structured delivery plans, timelines, and prioritised workstream backlogsTrack progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, escalating potential delays earlySupport go-to-market and launch coordination across product, operational, and marketing activitiesEnsure delivery governance through accurate documentation, reporting, and action trackingPrepare clear status updates and delivery insights for stakeholders and leadershipSupport project reviews, approvals, and delivery checkpoints to maintain disciplineDrive effective cross-functional communication and alignment across all stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related disciplineExposure to financial services, fintech, payments, or regulated consumer services preferredProficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to support business cases and formal documentationExcellent written and verbal communication skills with proven stakeholder management ability
