Associate- Digital Product Management (Product Operations)
Product Operations is an emerging discipline designed to help product teams operate as effectively as possible. The role builds a foundation of excellence through business process excellence, proliferation of best practices, and MIS/reporting.
Product ops can be looked at as the “backbone of product-led growth” and is ultimately responsible for ensuring product teams are set up to scale consistently and with low friction. When done right, Prod Ops has the power to transform the efficiency of the entire product team by streamlining critical processes and facilitating better communication across the whole organization. Moreover, these steps, in turn, help product teams to build even better products that deliver success to organizations.
This Product Ops leadership role devotes full attention to the bigger picture by applying operational focus & discipline to the entire Product Development team. This role will enable & ensure the rest of the team—Product Managers, Product Owners and Product Delivery Managers can perform under the best possible circumstances.

Drive focus and prioritization of non-functional backlog by working with Journey and platform product teams. Cordinate prioritization and communication with Band 40+ product leaders across RPDS Product Development teams.Release Management – Ensure timely execution of release via release managers in US and India. Provide thought leadership to improve release processes and work-life balance of colleagues.Focus on Control Management initiatives - ensuring timely tracking and governance of OREs/CAPs within RPDSDrive significant productivity gains in Product Management by tracking throughput & efficiency metrics & finding opportunities to improve.Help sustain optimal work-life balance across a global teamOptimize Colleague Experience by designing relevant trainings, gathering feedback via roundtables, surveys etc.Strategic Planning & Communication - Product & Tech scrum team capacity planning & location strategy, Communication Strategy across product teams, Trackers/Dashboards for Product Development.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have:
1-3 years of experience in digital product operations, product management, control management, or project/program management. Experience in process excellence/leadership role in a product or operations organization.
Solid understanding of the needs of product management is key, as well as a strong process orientation and the ability to look ahead and think critically about where disconnects and breakdowns happen and avoid those outcomes.
A good balance of technical knowledge and business acumen with a proven track record of driving innovation and business metrics with a customer-first mindset.Also,
