Senior Associate - Chase Branded Cards Go to Market Lead
 

As a key member of the Go-to-Market team, you will support the development and execution of strategic initiatives for Chase Branded Cards, including product refreshes and launches across the Slate, Freedom, Sapphire, and Ink product lines. You will work closely with portfolio leads and cross-functional partners, maintain the overarching go-to-market plan, run governance forums, and manage delivery of key milestones. Your role will involve identifying strategic issues, driving them to resolution, and supporting a sustainable framework for launching and refreshing card products. You will collaborate across functional teams to ensure the successful execution of the Chase Branded Cards strategic plan and product roadmap, delivering market-leading value to millions of consumers and small businesses.

Job responsibilities: 

Support high-impact strategic initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment, partnering with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver best-in-class customer solutions and bring products to market, including new product launches and refreshes. Collaborate with product leads from ideation to launch, providing insights and recommendations to optimize for strong customer value and financial outcomes. Lead launch readiness forums with senior leaders across card business and functional partners, ensuring readiness and alignment across all stakeholders. Support delivery of comprehensive go-to-market plans to amplify impact across customer-facing channels, e.g., acquisition, branch, and servicing. Establish and own robust program structure and deliverable tracking to ensure timely execution of complex integrated go-to-market plan across customer workstreams to deliver products to market on time and effectively. Identify and address key milestones, strategic issues, and interdependencies, driving them to resolution across all stakeholders. Build strong relationships with Chase Branded Card product and marketing teams, business partners, and cross-functional teams. Become an expert in new product launches, supporting development of evergreen product launch and go-to-market playbook.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 

Proven ability to develop high impact strategies, lead complex initiatives, and deliver results in a complex, matrixed environment without direct control of resources. Demonstrated willingness to engage in detailed work to achieve objectives. Strong orientation towards understanding customer needs and delivering solutions that exceed expectations for both external and internal customers. Excellent organization and project management skills, with strong attention to detail and a drive to execute tasks effectively and efficiently. Strong analytical and solution-oriented skills, with the ability to structure problems, frame decisions, and drive resolutions. Strong ability to identify and articulate connections across complex systems and concepts with the ability to synthesize information and drive solutions. Exceptional partnership, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and motivating partners towards accomplishing a common goal. Proactive and flexible, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and adept at navigating ambiguity and unstructured challenges. Experience in developing or leading product or marketing strategies, preferably for financial products.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills: 

Experience in go-to-market strategies, product development, product leadership, consulting, strategic program management, or similar roles. Seeking talent at both 603 (5+ years of experience) and 602 (3+ years of experience) levels to lead key initiatives on the Go-to-Market team in Chase Branded Cards.
