We are looking for a Senior Associate in Change Management to support the HR and Employee Experience (EX) functions.
As a Senior Associate in Change Management within our dynamic team, you will collaborate with various teams across the organization. Your role will be pivotal in assisting the firm to prepare for and adopt significant changes, while also managing daily workforce activities.
Job responsibilities
Lead and/or support medium/high impact initiatives and/or Lead for Area ProductKnow your product(s) end-to-end; be an expert in the customer experience: know pain points and be well-versed in the data/metrics and feedback Interface directly with Area Product/Initiative leads to manage workEffectively partner with product teams and support partners to assess impacts of changes to people, processes, technologySupport development & execution of change plans, partnering across teams (e.g., Comms, Content, Learning, Marketing, Servicing etc.) to effectively prepare for and drive adoption of changes on “High” impact/global changesOwn & manage change plan(s), coordinating with Comms, Content, Learning, Marketing, Servicing on “Medium” initiatives and/or Area Product.Knowledge-share across our team and product to help mitigate cross-impacts, risks and gapsUphold risk and controls policies and standards Flex across products based on demandRequired qualifications, capabilities and skills
3+ years of experience within an organization or consulting firm, supporting change management and communication effortsPartner-oriented and data driven, able to ask questions, work on multiple tasks in parallel and connect dots – delivering fresh ideas and flawless executionAble to synthesize information clearly and concisely, tailoring communications and resources to effectively meet the needs of customers and stakeholders Drive action, progress, and results, as well as collective unity and team spirit; always considers diverse perspectives to get the best outcomeExecute diligently and efficiently even under tight time constraints; consistently overcome obstacles to completion, raising issues as needed along the wayRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
High proficiency in Excel, Word, Jira and PowerPoint; Tableau, Figma, MS Project & Visio are welcome additions
