The GB Finance Analytics team partners closely with business managers, strategy, and other finance teams to deliver comprehensive business and financial analytics for Global Banking and its various segments and industries. The team also supports the creation of analyses for public disclosures related to business strategy, financial performance, and industry trends, which are featured in the Firm’s Investor Day and industry conference presentations. 

As a Senior Associate in the Global Banking Central Planning & Analysis team, you play a key role in delivering financial analysis and insights that drive business strategy. You collaborate with colleagues and senior leaders to solve complex problems and support decision-making. Job Responsibilities

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in financial analysis or a related disciplineStrong understanding of bank balance sheets and profit & loss statementsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPointDemonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to synthesize complex data and present clear, actionable insightsHighly organized and detail-orientedProven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicAbility to build effective relationships and collaborate across teams

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience in Management Consulting, Corporate Finance, or Accounting

Prior experience with Essbase or similar financial systems
