**About the Role**
The Delivery Commercial Operations (DCO) team accelerates B2B revenue by empowering commercial teams to acquire and grow high-value Merchant partnerships. As a **Senior Sales Operations Associate**, you will play a critical role in enabling high-performance commercial teams by driving data integrity, systems optimization, and operational governance. You will serve as a guardian of our data and systems, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Systems teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and efficiency in the sales process.
**What you'll do**
- **Systems & Data Management:** Maintain and improve CRM data integrity (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting capabilities to support the sales lifecycle. You will ensure data accuracy and manage field escalations regarding systems or data issues.
- **Operational Governance:** Execute and enhance processes for sales planning and tracking, ensuring strict adherence to data governance standards and operational policies.
- **Reporting & Analysis:** Build reports and models to support sales planning and provide actionable insights. You will interpret data to identify trends and operational gaps.
- **Process Improvement:** Collaborate with stakeholders to identify operational gaps in our systems and workflows, recommending scalable solutions to improve efficiency.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Coordinate with stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and Compensation to ensure data flows accurately between systems and teams.
- **Problem Solving:** Independently solve operational problems related to territory management, quota setting, or system errors with general supervision.
**What you'll need**
- **Experience:** 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related field, with a focus on data management or systems governance.
- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- **Technical Skills:**
- **CRM:** Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce is essential.
- **Data Tools:**Â Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Google Sheets.
- **Reporting:** Moderate proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) for reporting purposes.
- **Professional Skills:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy and detail orientation.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- **Business & Functional Expertise:** You understand the full sales lifecycle and can identify factors influencing sales performance. You can independently navigate sales data and systems (e.g., Salesforce) to support the business.
- **Analytical Capability & Data Fluency:** You analyze data for insights, applying appropriate methods and tools, and communicate findings clearly with limited guidance. You demonstrate intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel.
- **Operational Excellence:** You execute planning and operations processes accurately and support modeling efforts. You are detail-oriented and focused on process improvement.
- **Innovation & Problem Solving:** You solve moderately complex issues using structured thinking. You can identify surface-level data issues and use logic to address them.
- **Communication:** You present updates effectively to cross-functional partners, providing clear and actionable reporting.
- **Stakeholder Management:** You effectively manage relationships across a few teams or functions, building trust with your counterparts in Sales and Finance.
