Join the Slate product management team and use your existing customer marketing experiences and skill to make our customers love saving money and keeping it simple with the Slate family of credit cards.
As a Product Marketing Strategy Associate, Sr., you will be tasked with helping to design and deliver campaigns that will engage our customers across the lifecycle including both early, low, and long tenured customers. Your campaigns and strategies will create the next level of customer satisfaction - helping customers maximize the value they get from Slate. You will collaborate across multiple teams to design campaigns, complete business cases, set expectations, and deliver in market. You will track results to identify opportunities to improve as well as test new variants and strategies in the future. You will manage marketing for Slate customers end to end in tandem with our COE partners, all aimed at driving customer satisfaction (and engagement) with their card and key business outcomes. Slate is a smaller, flexible team where you directly own and manage outcomes - so you will have lots of exposure and opportunities to use your skills and experiences.
