About the Role:
Lead overall operations of a prominent office building, covering property management, facilities oversight, tenant relations, and service excellence.
Act as the strategic interface to ownership, providing performance reporting, operational insights, and asset enhancement recommendations.
Oversee financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, service charge management, cost control, and vendor contract governance.
Drive operational standards across engineering, maintenance, safety, compliance, and CAPEX initiatives to ensure long-term asset value preservation.
Lead and mentor on-site management and FM teams, embedding best practices, governance frameworks, and international operating standards.
About You:
6–10+ years of experience in senior property management, facilities management, or commercial asset operations.
Proven leadership experience managing high-profile commercial towers or mixed-use developments in international or institutional settings.
Strong financial acumen with hands-on exposure to P&L ownership, service charge structures, and capital planning.
Experienced in stakeholder management across owners, investors, multinational tenants, and cross-border reporting lines.
Professional, strategic, and culturally adaptable leader with strong English communication skills and ability to operate in an international business environment.
