Our client, a leading provider in the electromechanical assembly industry, is seeking a Senior Assembly Technician to join their team. As a Senior Assembly Technician, you will be part of the assembly department supporting the production of high-quality electromechanical products. The ideal candidate will have strong critical thinking skills, exceptional attention to detail, and a solid mechanical aptitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Senior Assembly Technician
**Location:** Santa Clara, CA
**Pay Range: $30**
**Shift:** 7 am - 3:30 pm
**What's the Job?**
+ Read, understand, and interpret engineering drawings and work instructions.
+ Utilize various hand tools and testing tools to assemble and test electromechanical products.
+ Perform quality control inspections to ensure assemblies meet specified standards.
+ Document and control all non-conforming materials and assist in inventory management.
+ Support ISO certification processes and participate in yearly training.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School diploma or GED; technical school experience is a plus.
+ 1+ years of experience in assembly, quality control, or inventory management.
+ Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read complex schematics.
+ Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
+ Ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively with team members.
