The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Artificial Intelligence Project Management Specialist focused on our Communication and Training strategy for Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join the team in Seattle, WA; Chicago, IL; Everett, WA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; Ridley Park, PA; Pleasanton, CA; Renton, WA; Berkeley, MO; Arlington, VA; El Segundo, CA; or Long Beach, CA. 

Enterprise AI and Data Analytics is looking for a Value Story Strategist and AI Training leader who will write, edit, and develop visual representations and a web presence to effectively communicate the value story for AI, automation, and data products while also leading our AI education and training strategy at all levels of the company from C-suite to technical developer.

This individual will target business and functional consumers to accelerate demand and improve understanding of opportunities while also educating on AI to improve AI literacy across Boeing.

This individual will work across broad and technical organizations to strengthen the overall product, service, and initiative strategic value story, ways to share this story as well as improve the level of AI knowledge and adoption.

Position Responsibilities:

 

Coach and develop strategies to communicate the value of products, the purpose of investments, the technical workings of solutions to translate at an executive level to drive support and adoption of AI, Automation and Data products and initiatives

Review current strategies, materials, media and approaches for sharing the value and purpose of products and services and recommend and develop improvements and new approaches

Partner with organizational leaders to refine current approaches and develop new documentation and visuals to achieve goals as well as coach on presentations and talk tracks to effectively communicate

Own AI Education and Training from strategy through execution including building or contracting with industry partners to delivery including assurance of learning effectiveness across varied learning channels from in-person to virtual and video

 

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

 

5+ years of experience developing and implementing technical, operational or quality strategies

5+ years of experience developing communication plans including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and key message development

5+ years of experience building and developing technical training and educational materials and delivery methods

3+ years of experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI)

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise language for global audiences

Experience working in a cross functional environment with all levels in the business from individual contributors to executive leadership

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Bachelor’s degree or higher

Summary pay range: $162,350 – $234,600
