Key Responsibilities
+ Manage architectural design packages from concept through construction.
+ Contribute to schematic design (SD),(FEED) and design development (DD) deliverables, design presentations, and coordinating with consultants
+ Produce and review architectural drawings, plans, coordinate contractors and consultants, manage shop drawings, and attend progress meeting and specifications; ensure accuracy and constructability.
+ Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and stakeholders to integrate architectural solutions.
+ Maintain design quality and compliance with codes, client standards, and best practices.
+ Conduct site visits and inspections as required to monitor quality and design intent.
+ Mentor junior architects and provide technical guidance.
+ Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for clients and project teams.
+ Demonstrate strong multitasking ability by supporting multidisciplinary projects, including assisting with civil drawings and coordination tasks when required.
Skills & Tools
+ Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D Max , Navisworks and BIM coordination.
+ Experience with visualization tools such as Rhino, Enscape, Lumion,Twinmotion, Adobe Suite
+ Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
+ Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and quality standards in the region.
+ Understanding of Civil/Structural Design drawings
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Architecture or related field.
+ Experience with large-scale/mixed-use projects and regional work preferred.
+ Minimum of 10-15+ years of experience in architectural and site planning, with a focus on large-scale Industrial projects
+ Proven track record of successful project delivery and client satisfaction
+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex design concepts to diverse audiences
+ Strong leadership and team management abilities
+ Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
+ Familiarity with construction methodologies and materials
+ Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
+ Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
+ Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders, highlighting any deviations from the plan and proposed solutions.
