Senior Application Developer Analyst

JOB LOCATION:

350 Campus Drive, Marlborough, MA 01752

DUTIES:

Participate in the management of the design, development, and enhancement of the applications and software platforms supported by the development team. Apply technical vision and experience to design innovative and pragmatic solutions. Apply leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle, culminating in successful application deployments. Function as a team liaison and interface with all levels of management and the business user community. Serve as a mentor and training resource for other team members. Evolve standards and processes based on industry best practices and compliance standards. Provide on-call support (as needed) for our applications.

Responsible for developing applications and processes in a manner to provide an exemplary Internal & External customer experience. Responsible for documenting and implementing ongoing configuration changes in Transportation Management and related systems to support changing customer requirements. Provide day-to-day support, coaching, and training to teams supporting internal Blue Yonder TMS users and team members. Lead on small to large-scale initiatives and coordinate project development activities. Review and improve development artifacts for standards, compliance, and functionality in a peer-peer or team setting. Guide and mentor other staff members. Research, implement, and improve integration stack using cloud technologies and latest trends. Resolve issues in a timely, accurate, and customer service focused manner.

REQUIREMENTS:

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or foreign equivalent or in a related field, plus three (3) years of experience as a Software Developer, Architect, or related occupation. 3 years experience gathering technical requirements, designing, implementing, planning, and deploying solutions; define the day to day of life planner, work with end users in testing solutions; support the business with new processes; train planners and provide transportation management system knowledge expertise including support; PL/SQL Programming, Analytics and reporting capability; logistics and procurement; Geotab, Eleos; XML, SFTP, EDI integration.  Experience may be gained concurrently.

SALARY

In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position is $154,610-160,000

This is a hybrid role. Tuesday through Thursday are in-office days at BJ's Club Support Center in Marlborough, MA and Monday and Friday are remote days.
