This position is part of the Cloud My Oracle Support group, which builds and operates a mission-critical platform used by Oracle Customer Support to manage customer initiated requests across Oracle products. The team is developing the next generation of My Oracle Support using OCI, PaaS, and SaaS technologies to improve scalability, reliability, and customer experience.
You will work in an agile engineering team responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise Oracle applications. The role involves hands-on development across PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle APEX, CI/CD pipelines, and Python based automation with responsibility spanning analysis, implementation, enhancement, and controlled production changes. The position offers growth from working on well defined components to independently handling complex implementations and continuous improvements.
