TheSenior Analyst - Workday Talent and Performance is responsible forsupporting alltalent and performance managementsystems, ensuring a positive employee experience and alignment with United’s overall global talent strategy. TheSr Analystapplies technical knowledge and skills to support thetalenttechnology systems, which includeWorkday,PeopleSoftand others. Must diagnose organizational needs and propose solutions to develop and deploy enhancements across the Talent technical stack.

Job overview and responsibilitiesProvide day-to-day operational support for HR processes by applying both analytical and techno-functionalexpertiseServe as the configuration resource for assigned functional area, ensure successful implementation of new functionality and processes within project timelines, and define options/solutions for how to best support business requirementsEnsure thorough documentation of conceptual design, and end-to-end processes while being accountable for unit testing, and defect managementSupport and align adjacent technologies to create a coherent and connected employee experienceSupport User Acceptance Testing (UAT) resources to successfully test solutionsImplement andmonitoroperational processes to meet evolving business needsPartner with Talent Management COE to design and refine Performance and Talent Management processes, system requirements, workflows, and integrationsContinuously assess existing processes toidentifyoptimization opportunities and strengthen controls, efficiency and use experienceBuild andmaintainreports, dashboards and scorecards providing managers with actionable talent insightsCollaborate and shadow other HR Solution Consultants to understand upstream and downstream impacts and ensure cross functional alignmentProvide back-up support across other HR Solutions domains as necessary
