This highly visible role will be pivotal in identifying cost-saving opportunities and evolving our technology roadmap to ensure long-term success that is aligned with the enterprise and larger market. You will support new idea generation by researching various segments of the business, putting a shape around leadership vision, helping create analytical frameworks, managing the project inventory and influencing teams to ask the right questions to maximize the value of their products. The ideal candidate will possess a growth mindset that combines strong financial modeling skills with business acumen and the ability to influence a broad range of stakeholders through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities

Help build comprehensive business cases for strategic initiatives, conducting quick cost-benefit analyses, ROI calculations and risk assessmentsTrack and manage the ongoing intake of new ideas and add valuable ideas to our running project inventorySupport innovation sprints by asking questions and providing data insights that help evaluate project viability and potentialPartner with cross-functional teams to validate assumptions and ensure alignment with organizational goalsConduct deep-dive analyses on operational and financial data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and savings opportunitiesDevelop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and scenario planningProvide insights and recommendations to leadership based on market trends, benchmarking, and internal performance metricsSupport ad hoc data analysis for varying and ambiguous themes of workPrepare executive-level presentations and reports that clearly articulate findings and recommendations.Communicate complex data in a clear, concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.


Required Qualifications

3+ years of consulting, financial management, product management or related high-level analytical experience in an operational environmentProven track record of improving business processes through first-principles and systems thinkingDemonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically, with a focus on delivering measurable resultsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levelsExperience managing multiple projects and delivering on quick deadlines2+ years of experience in SQL2+ years of experience in Microsoft OfficeStrong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
