Job Title: Sales Enablement & Data Analytics Advisor

Location: Remote (Must work EST hours; start by 9:00 AM)

Overview

We're seeking a detail-oriented Sales Enablement & Data Analytics Advisor to support commercial operations and vendor credentialing. This role ensures smooth customer onboarding, accurate master data management, and compliance with hospital credentialing requirements.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage customer master data: account creation, maintenance, validation, and restructuring.Analyze and prepare data to support business decisions.Document processes and generate monthly analytics reports.Support product training license validation and order holds.Handle account alignment, consolidation, and structure changes.Serve as point of contact for Vendormate credentialing.Create insurance certificates, training letters, and submit background checks.Track and report on credentialing metrics.Qualifications5+ years in commercial operations or customer support.Strong data analysis and communication skills.Experience with customer master data and vendor credentialing platforms.High School Diploma or equivalent.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $50.00/hr.
