ResponsibilitiesHines Immobilien GmbH is looking to strengthen its finance team at its Berlin office as soon as possible with a full-time Financial Controller (m/f/d).
Act as the interface between the external rent and financial accounting departments of the property managers and the respective investorsReview external monthly accounting data, annual financial statements, and variance analyses, including commentsCash management/reportingAct as the contact person for annual auditors and tax advisors (preparation and review of advance VAT returns and tax returns)Assistance in the preparation and review of business plansSupport and contact person for the operational asset managers Qualifications
Minimum Requirements include:
Bachelor’s degree in (specify field of study) from an accredited institution preferred or equivalent years of direct experience requiredSeveral years of professional experience in accounting/controlling, preferably in the real estate industry or in tax consulting/auditingRelevant experience in working with different accounting systemsGood IT skills in all common MS Office productsVery good written and spoken German and EnglishHands-on mentalityStrong communication skills and a strong affinity for numbersInitiative and organizational skills Closing
