The Pricing and Revenue Management Program offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement plans that generate incremental revenue for a unique set of nonstop flights. Associate Analysts are placed into either Pricing or Revenue Management:
Pricing – Defines price points based off customer’s willingness to pay and the competition
Revenue Management – Forecasts customer demand and sets overbooking levels
Analyze trends in bookings, revenue and market dynamics Assess and segment customers based on market conditionsDefines market conditions including competitive positioningDevelops demand forecastAnalyzes current and historical trends to determine appropriate inventory levels that maximize revenueCommunicate regularly with Field Services regarding peak/holiday operational issuesConduct thorough post analysis of various revenue optimizing testsProvide effective and structured coaching/mentoring for developing new analysts
