As a Senior Analyst you will work with the DSF team across Pacific in sourcing, structuring and advising on equity and debt investments into direct or indirect real estate opportunities.
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Debt structuring and preparation of summaries, reports and loan documents (origination, refinance, recapitalisation and loan sales)
+ Financial modelling: cashflow forecasts, tenancy schedules, loan profiles, sensitivity analysis, development feasibilities etc.
+ Compiling, analysing and interpreting internal and external market research
+ Database management and financial modelling of financing opportunities
+ Preparation of pitch documents, Information Memorandums and investment papers
+ Preparation of financial performance analysis on borrowers, real estate owners and managers/funds/assets
+ Establishing and maintaining internal and external relationships.
+ Preparation of marketing collateral, linkedin activities and participation in monthly business development meetings
+ General support and assistance as required by the DSF team
+ Establishing and maintaining internal and external relationships
+ Working cohesively and proactively with the DSF Operations and Loan Services team

**About You:**
+ Finance or banking degree beneficial
+ High level office suite required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
+ Drive, energy, and a personable nature
+ A motivated self-starter with initiative,
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Demonstrated ability to meet crucial deadlines and work under pressure.
