Senior Analyst - Digital Analytics (Hybrid)

As a Digital Analytics Senior Analyst, you will work closely with product teams to evolve and improve our digital experiences for customers and patients. You will use your analytical and problem-solving skills to define success metrics and measurement approaches to ensure our digital experiences stay healthy. You will collaborate with other motivated teammates across UX, Customer Experience Management, IT, Site Optimization, Marketing and Merchandising.
 

Responsibilities:

Deliver analytics to support projects and product developmentWork with product and business teams to formulate success metrics and measurement plan for projects, socialize them and create dashboards/reports to monitor themCollaborate to understand the goals of the project's enhancements to customer online experience, provide insightful input to optimization effortsEstablish and automate post deployment reporting and analysis based on the success metrics, provide business and product teams with insights for post deployment performanceAs an end consumer of data define and implement tracking of our digital properties that is necessary to enable analytics by working closely with the product and development teamsDeliver regular ongoing analysis and reportingDesign, build and update regular reports and communicate to key stake holdersPerform in-depth analysis from end-to-end which includes understanding business needs and translating to analytic requests, extracting data from a variety of sources, manipulate and analyze using quantitative, statistical and visualization toolsInterface with internal clients to understand requests, develop analytics to address issues, prioritize ad hoc tasks and set clear expectations across teams

Required Qualifications

1+ years of relevant experience for those in a CVS Health leadership program (such as DAP, Leadership development, GMDP, etc.) OR2+ years of relevant experience for others

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of online analytics tools such as Adobe, Coremetrics, Localytics, Webtrends, etcExperience in Tableau/Power BI, SQL (Teradata, Hadoop, Google Cloud Platform, etc.)Experience with highly quantitative analyticsProject oriented, pro-active, and self-motivated work style with proven ability to manage effectively multiple projects and changing priorities in an extremely fast paced environment and constantly deliver superior results within given deadlinesStrengths in structured and logical thinking, problem solving, issue resolution, and attention to detail

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $122,400.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
