In addition, you will assist in managing compliance activities to help divisions meet their policy obligations, as well as assist in identifying data gaps, risks and controls, and support advisory activities by assessing data risks, recommending remediation activities, and offering best practice guidance. You will support group-level monitoring, oversight and reporting activities, driving consistent risk management practices and ensuring we meet current and emerging regulatory and policy requirements. Reporting directly to the Data, Models and UDA Lead, you will support the execution of the group’s baseline data, models and UDA governance strategy and contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of governance frameworks and operating models that guide responsible use of data, models and UDAs across the Risk Management Group. You will assist in enhancing governance practices and controls, help drive adoption of governance activities and partner with stakeholders and global teams to help uplift baseline data, models and UDAs governance maturity.In addition, you will assist in managing compliance activities to help divisions meet their policy obligations, as well as assist in identifying data gaps, risks and controls, and support advisory activities by assessing data risks, recommending remediation activities, and offering best practice guidance. 3 to 5 years of experience in risk management, data or model and user-developed application governance, business analysis or a consulting roleAbility to contribute to the development, documentation and upkeep of baseline data, models and UDAs frameworks, standards and proceduresAbility to work both independently and collaboratively, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to build effective working relationships with business and technology teamsExperience contributing to project delivery is desirable, with strong organisation skills and attention to detailExperience with Enterprise Data Management (EDM) platforms, in particular Collibra, is an advantageRelevant tertiary qualifications in business, quantitative disciplines or information technology, with experience in financial services an advantage.
